UPESEAT Application Form 2015
Eligible candidates can get the UPESEAT application 2015 form from the following modes:
- By Hand - From admission counters at Ahmedabad / Chandigarh/ Cochin / Coimbatore / Delhi / Dehradun / Hyderabad / Kolkata / Mumbai by paying Rs. 1750 or they can get it from AXIS BANK branches.
- By Post - Send a demand draft of Rs. 1850 in favor of “UPES Fee Account”, payable at New Delhi/ Dehradun along with request letter.
- Online - Online Application for UPESEAT 2014
- The student has to first create an account and register themselves or login with facebook.
- Once the details have been filled and submitted then an activation link would be sent to their e-mail id.
- On activating the link, the student will be redirected to the online application form page
- Fill in your Personal Information, Communication Details and Education Information details of Class 10 and 12.
- The student also has to give a choice of three courses that they wish to getadmission into.
In case of non-availability of Credit / Debit Card, Candidates can submit their onlineapplication form through a demand draft in favour of "UPES Fee Account", payable at New Delhi / Dehradun along with a request letter and a printout of application form at UPES, 210, 2nd Floor, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-III, New Delhi – 110020. Ph.-41730151-53.

UPESEAT 2015 admit card: Students can download UPESEAT 2015 admit card from May 10, 2015 onwards
- On the basis of information in the Application form, admit card of provisionally eligible candidates will be uploaded on the University website www.upes.ac.in on May 10, 2015.
- Candidates are required to download the admit card accordingly.
- The duly completed downloaded admit card with photograph affixed (duly attested) in the space provided will have to be produced at the allotted test center
- Candidates without the admit card or card without the photograph will NOT be permitted to take the UPESEAT test.

UPESEAT 2015 Reservation of Seats
- For Uttarakhand bonafide resident candidates: 15% of seats in all programs will be reserved on merit, subject to producing of “Sthai Niwas Praman Patra” certificate.
- Reservation for Differently Abled Candidates: 3% of seats are reserved for Differently Abled Candidates with minimum disability to the extent of 40% subject to producing of a certificate from authorized Medical Doctor/Hospital indicating the extent of physical disability.
However, in event of the seats remaining unfilled in the above mentioned categories, the same shall be treated as unreserved.
