About Indus College of Engineering (ICE), :

The collage was established in Orissa on 2007 to fulfill the growing needs for quality Engineering education in Odisha and Eastern India. The institute is affiliated to the Biju Patnaik University of Technology and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, the Govt. of Odisha. Indus College of Engineering aspires to fill this gap in terms of what the industry needs in the near future and what is present educational system is able to produce in terms of high quality professionals. The Institute is promoted by the Indus Educational and Charitable Trust.

 

The Indus college envisions to focus on continuous upgradation of academic contents and pedagogical delivery techniques through research and development to meet the fast changing requirements of today’s technology and to integrate components of design and problem solving methodologies at every level of the academic program.

Admission Details at Indus College of Engineering

1)Bachelor of Technology 
  (10 +2) pass with Physics & Maths as compulsory subjects with one of the following elective subjects:

• Obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category i.e. SC category) in the above subjects taken together.
• Admission to 75% seats of B.Tech will be made by HSCS through NIC (Policy as enunciated by State Govt.
• Admission to 25% seats are made by Institutional Level Admission Committee  (including 15% seats if any for children/wards of NRIs)
• Bachelor of Technology ( Through Lateral Engineering Entry)    Diploma in Engineering/ Technology course of a duration of three years with at least 50% marks in aggregate

2)Master of Technology 

•     B.E/ B.Tech OR M.Sc / MCA in relevant discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA

3)MBA:

•  Graduation / Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university
