Wingsss College of Aviation Technology (WCAT), Pune was established in 2006. The college is approved by Director of Civil Aviation, Government of India. WCAT is a widely applauded as an ideal, modern institution in the field of aviation science and has been set up to bring about a quantum improvement in the standards of Aircraft Maintenance.The objectives of the institute are to impart training in the field of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering for obtaining basic license in categories, Heavy Aero planes (HA), Jet Engine (JE), Electrical System (ES), Instrument System (IS), Radio Navigation System (RN), to develop competent Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to meet ever increasing demand of MRO's, civil and private airlines and to develop a strong technology base coupled with individual's personality traits and character as a contribution towards human resource of the nation.
