Ambedkar Institute of Advanced Communication Technologies and Research (AIACTR) was established 2001 by govt. of NCT, Delhi as center of excellence by imparting technical education in the field of engineering and Research.

• College started with 2 branches (ECE and CSE) with intake of 30 students each. Now college offers 2 undergraduate and 4 post graduate courses.
• The institute took possession of a sprawling area of 8.5 acres in Geeta colony for a state-of-the-art campus with ultra-modern facilities and lush green ambiance in 2005 and It started operating from the campus in 2008.

The campus of the institute is placed in Geeta Colony, East Delhi. The institute is sprawled in an area of 8.5 acres at Geeta colony and well kit out with contemporary amenities & encircled by scenic atmosphere. College also imparts facilities like Centralized Air-Conditioning, RO System, lush green playground, Rain harvesting system, nursery etc.
