Bharath University, Chennai will conduct the BEEE (Bharath Engineering Entrance Examination) 2015, on 25 April 2015 to offer admissions to candidates in engineering UG courses for session 2015-16. Via exam, candidates will be selected for admission in B.E/B.Tech courses. BEEE 2015 Selection Procedure
Candidates will be allotted seats and admission on the basis of qualifying examination and score in BEEE 2015. The candidate with higher marks will get priority. Decision of the allotment will be that of admission committee of the university. Candidates selected after declaration of the result will be given chance to fill options of courses.
BEEE 2015 Eligibility Criteria
Before filling the application form, candidates must read all the terms and conditions related to eligibility which is known as eligibility criteria. If a candidate is found to be violating these terms, he will be rejected at any stage of admission. Approval of your application form and candidature is subject to the details, to be verified and examined by the admission officials. Following are the terms of eligibility:
- Candidate must have passed class XII or any equivalent exam, recognized by state or central education board.
- He must have scored a minimum percentile aggregate of 50% in Physics, Math and Chemistry.
- Those who are applying for lateral entry (LEET) must have a diploma or B.Sc in any science subject.
BEEE 2015 Exam Pattern
Exam pattern defines all the features of the exam and the question paper. It is suggested to the candidates that they go thru the exam pattern to know about type, number of questions, marking scheme, number of sections, weightage of subject and total marks. Reading the pattern will give you a fair idea of the overall structure of the exam and you can attempt in a better manner. Read the following terms of exam pattern and know how the question paper will be designed:
- The exam shall be divided in 4 parts – English, Math, Chemistry and Physics.
- There shall be 10 questions in English, each weighing 1 mark.
- There shall be 30 questions in Physics, each weighing 1 mark.
- There shall be 30 questions in Math, each weighing 1 mark.
- There shall be 30 questions in Chemistry, each weighing 1 mark.
- Total marks in the exam are 100 (10×1+30×1+30×1+30×1+30×1).
- There will be no negative mark for wrong answer.
BEEE 2015 Application Form
To participate in the exam, candidates must fill the application form. After you have ensured that all the terms of eligibility have been met, you must proceed with the application form process. There are three modes to apply which are described below. In addition to fill the form, you must pay an application fee as well.
