BHU Admissions 2015

BHU Admissions 2015 have begun from March 12, 2015 and it is for admission into Banaras Hindu University into the undergraduate & post graduate programs. BHU Admission 2015 will be done by the Admission Committees of the respective departments

The Banaras Hindu University was founded by Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya in 1916. BHU Varanasi is the most prestigious Central University in the country. As per the several surveys every year around 20000 students take admission in BHU University which makes it as one of the largest residential universities in Asia.

BHU is organised into 4 institutes and 14 faculties (streams) and more than 140 departments. Several of its colleges, like IIT-BHU, science, linguistics, journalism & mass communication, performing arts, law, agriculture (IAS-BHU), medicine (IMS-BHU) and Institute of Environment And Sustainable Development (IESD-BHU), are ranked among the best in India.

BHU IIT admission is based on JEE Advanced and BHU IMS admission is based on AIPMT.

BHU Institute of Agriculture Science provides admission on the basis of BHU UET for undergraduate Courses and BHU PET for post Graduate Courses

BHU Admissions 2015 for undergraduate courses will be done on the basis of Undergraduate Entrance Tests, often known as BHU UET during April/May 2015. BHU UET makes the student eligible for admission into various Undergraduate Courses offered by Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. These Courses have been divided into “General Courses” and “Professional Courses”.

BHU Admission 2015 in a course will be done only when the candidate fulfills the eligibility requirements, appears in the BHU UET, qualifies in the Entrance Test and completes all formalities required for admission in the course.  BHU Admission 2015 process will begin once the BHU UET Results for all the courses have been declared.
